![]() A Palin family fitness and self-discipline book, announced in October, has yet to materialize. ![]() In a statement, Palin described "Happy Holiday" as a "fun, festive, thought provoking book, which will encourage all to see what is possible when we unite in defense of our faith and ignore the politically correct Scrooges who would rather take Christ out of Christmas." It will echo the popular conservative call for "reserving Jesus Christ in Christmas-whether in public displays, school concerts (or) pageants." Palin is the author of, previously, "Going Rogue," about her experience as John McCain's vice presidential nominee in 2008, and "America by Heart," both released by HarperCollins. The book will be released in November, in time for the holiday shopping season. The book, "A Happy Holiday IS a Merry Christmas," will discuss the "over-commercialism" and "homogenization" of Christmas, publisher Harper Collins said.
